The start of a project is important to getting the rest of it right, and we can help you with this.
We can provide you with a full analysis of your business processes, large or small, and we will always look for possible improvements within these processes so that you can run your business as efficiently as possible.
Following on from this we are able to provide system and functional requirements through to complete software architecture designs that can cover multiple technologies if required.
We adhere to BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation) when mapping business processes and conducting business analysis in order to provide you with a graphical representation of what is going on in your business, and how this could potentially be improved.
We adhere to UML (Unified Modeling Language) when architecting future software designs as this provides a graphical representation of how your piece of software can be structured, behave, and interacted with. We can also produce much higher level diagrams that allow you to see where your future application will fit in with your current technology and what dependancies it may require.
If Wire Framing is what is required we use Bizagi in order to complete this task as we have found it to be quick and easy to use, thus delivering graphical ideas of what your application will look and feel like to you as fast as sketching on a piece of paper, but we can turn these sketches into presentations at the click of a button if you need to present your software idea!
Over the years we have written fully fledged business specifications and functional requirement documents for small and large projects, ranging from a simple change request process, right through to a complete service and repair business analysis and functional requirements project for an international engineering company.
